AHS CONSIGNMENT PROGRAM

Have a Hyperbaric Chamber You No Longer Need?

Affordable Hyperbaric Solutions can help you sell or rent your hyperbaric chamber through our consignment program. We’ll evaluate your equipment, prepare it for its next owner, and help find the right buyer or renter.

WHY AHS OFFERS CONSIGNMENT

About Our Consignment Program

At Affordable Hyperbaric Solutions, we believe buying and selling hyperbaric equipment should be personal, straightforward and safe.

As a small, family-owned company, we take the time to understand our clients, carefully evaluate the equipment we handle, and help connect quality pre-owned chambers with people who can put them to good use.

Our consignment program makes the process easier for chamber owners while giving the next owner or renter confidence that their equipment has been inspected, tested and properly explained.

Chambers We Currently Accept

We only accept brands and equipment we’re familiar with so we can properly inspect, test, service and support the equipment for its next owner.

How the AHS Consignment Program Works

From your initial photos through the final sale or rental, we’ll guide you through each step of the consignment process.

1

Send Us Photos
Take clear photos of your chamber, compressor, oxygen equipment, accessories and any areas of wear or damage. Email your photos to AHS.

2

Tell Us About Your Equipment
Tell us the age and overall condition, whether it is fully operational, which accessories are included, any cleaning or repairs needed, and whether it is currently under warranty.

3

Talk With AHS
Call us to discuss your equipment and how the consignment program works. We’ll review the process, potential costs and what you can reasonably expect before you decide whether to proceed.

4

Prepare Your Equipment for Shipping
Once accepted for consignment, carefully disassemble and pack your equipment. Original packaging is best; otherwise, use sturdy, appropriately sized boxes and quality packing material.

5

Arrange Shipping or Drop-Off
AHS can help arrange ground shipping or provide access to our shipping account to help reduce costs. Local clients may also deliver equipment to our warehouse by appointment.

6

Inspection, Testing & Preparation
Once received, allow approximately one week for AHS to unpack, assemble and evaluate your equipment. Cleaning, servicing or repairs may be needed before it can be offered to another client.

7

We Find the Next Client
Once your equipment is ready, AHS can offer it for sale or rental to a qualified client. We’ll keep you informed when there is interest in your equipment.

8

You Get Paid
We’ll discuss the proposed transaction and payment with you before proceeding. Payment terms depend on whether your equipment is rented or sold.

Rental & Sale Payments

Exact terms and anticipated payments will be discussed with you before proceeding with consignment.

Packing & Shipping Guidelines

Ensuring Safe Delivery of Your Equipment

Packing

Getting your equipment safely to AHS is an important part of a successful consignment. Original packaging is best. If it isn’t available, use sturdy, appropriately sized boxes and quality packing material.

Fill all empty spaces so equipment cannot shift during transit, tape boxes securely, and clearly label each box with your contact information.

Add FRAGILE — PLEASE HANDLE CAREFULLY and THIS SIDE UP labels where appropriate.

Shipping

AHS generally uses UPS or FedEx Ground and can typically provide access to our shipping account to help reduce your cost. AHS does not mark up shipping charges.

Properly packed equipment will typically cost approximately $350–$500 to ship, including insurance, although actual costs vary based on size, weight, location and carrier rates.

Once your equipment is packed, provide AHS with the dimensions and weight of each box. Photos are also helpful. We can help arrange pickup if needed.

Local clients may deliver equipment directly to our warehouse by appointment only.

Avoid oversized boxes. Shipping charges can increase dramatically when package dimensions exceed carrier limits.

Questions while you’re packing? Call or text us. We’d much rather answer a question before something is shipped than discover damage after it arrives.
