At Affordable Hyperbaric Solutions (AHS), we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return or exchange a product. Our goal is to ensure that our return process is transparent, straightforward, and customer-friendly.

The AHS Difference

If you decide that you are not happy with your soft shell Chamber purchase; AHS is flexible regarding swapping the equipment for equipment of equal value.

• If you decide to upgrade your purchase an additional charge will likely apply.
• Please call to discuss this option – our goal is to leave clients satisfied with their purchase.
• If you decide you’d prefer to return the equipment after 1 or 2 months, AHS will in most cases simply convert the sale into a rental and return the balance of your money.
• Restrictions apply.
• Note: Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any hyperbaric chamber within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resellable condition. Refund eligibility will be determined upon inspection. Improperly packed or damaged items may not qualify for a refund.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Credit card processing fees that AHS incurred are non-refundable.
• All returns must follow our Return Procedure by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, by contacting our office for assistance: (857) 242-6237
• Certain products and services may be non-returnable as specified in the product description.
• If the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturer’s defect, Affordable Hyperbaric Solutions will cover the shipping fees.

Special Return Policy Note

For all Newtowne Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers (excluding the 27″) and all Summit to Sea Hyperbaric Chambers, please note the following return policy regarding the Airsep NewLife Compressor:

• This compressor is sold with a bundled savings at 50% off discount on the Airsep NewLife Compressor when purchased with a one of these chambers. The discounted package rate is $750, whereas the compressor, if purchased separately is priced at $1,500.
• For bundled purchases, a refund for the chamber will only be processed if both items (chamber and compressor) are returned together.
• Customers may, however, return the Airsep NewLife Compressor separately while keeping the chamber, but not the other way around.

Important Disclaimer

Before purchasing, please ensure that your building, home, or office layout (entryways, corridors, turns, etc.) allows for easy delivery and setup of your hyperbaric chamber. Affordable Hyperbaric Solutions is not responsible for any issues related to space constraints at the installation site.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through our office: (857) 242-6237. The RMA will include the exact return address and instructions for returning the product. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your request.

Important: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including those associated with warranty claims.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately at (857) 242-6237. Have your order number ready for faster service and provide detailed information regarding the issue.

Key Points

• Do not attempt to use or repair equipment without first contacting AHS for instructions on how best to proceed.
• AHS has many replacement parts in stock and ready for same day shipping as well as experience with most repair issues.
• Minor issues may be handled by our clients – more complicated issues are ALWAYS handled by AHS authorized personnel.
• Do not attempt to use, open, or handle a damaged item, especially if it contains broken glass.
• A replacement item will be sent, and we will provide a prepaid return label for the defective item, if necessary.
• In some cases, returns may not be required.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• If the damage was caused by the shipping carrier, we will arrange a pickup with the courier.
• If a replacement item is requested before the original product is returned, we may require the return to be completed first. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations

Once the payment for an order has been processed, cancellations are not always possible.

If you need to request a cancellation, please note:

• Processing time may take up to 72 hours. The process could involve canceling system records, removing items from production, and canceling shipments.
• Some items may ship faster than expected, so we recommend waiting for the cancellation confirmation before ordering an alternative product.
• We will attempt to assist our clients with cancellations whenever possible, cancellation fees may apply.

 Refunds & Credits

• Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Credit Card, ACH, or Check). Refunds will reflect the original purchase price minus shipping costs and or any processing fees that AHS has incurred. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
