The OxyRevo Quest Hardshell Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber combines premium hardshell construction, adjustable pressure, spacious lie-down comfort, and advanced controls in a system designed for both home and professional HBOT environments. Available in 30″, 34″, and 36″ diameters, the Quest allows you to select the chamber size that best fits your space and comfort requirements.
Constructed primarily from stainless steel, aircraft-grade aluminum, and polycarbonate, the Quest is designed for strength, durability, and long-term performance. Large transparent windows at both ends create an open interior environment, while the integrated communication system, LED lighting, and internal and external controls provide a premium user experience.
Available Quest Chamber Sizes
- 30″ Diameter: Compact design ideal for smaller to medium-sized users and installations where space is limited.
- 34″ Diameter: Provides additional interior room while still fitting through many standard 36″ entry doors.
- 36″ Diameter: The roomiest Quest configuration for users who prioritize additional interior space.
Chamber color and operating-pressure configurations are also available, allowing the Quest to be customized for your individual requirements.
Adjustable Pressure Up to 2.0 ATA
The Quest provides adjustable working pressures for greater flexibility and user comfort. Pressure can be configured at multiple levels, including 1.3, 1.5, 1.8, and up to 2.0 ATA. This allows users to begin at a lower pressure and gradually adjust as appropriate for their intended protocol.

Premium Hardshell Construction
The Quest chamber body combines stainless steel, aircraft-grade aluminum, and transparent polycarbonate materials. An advanced welding and joining process integrates the metal and polycarbonate components, with aluminum reinforcement surrounding the transparent end sections for additional structural support.
Large Transparent End Windows
Large transparent windows at both the head and foot of the Quest provide an expansive field of view and allow additional light into the chamber. The open design helps create a more comfortable environment during longer hyperbaric sessions.
All-in-One Operating System
The Quest includes an All-in-One operating unit that consolidates the chamber’s primary support equipment into one integrated system.

Internal & External Control Panels

Integrated Communication System
An internal and external phone and speaker system allows the chamber user to communicate with someone outside during a session, an especially useful feature in professional, wellness, and assisted-use environments.
Power-Failure Safety System
The Quest incorporates a power-failure safety system designed to slowly release chamber pressure in the event of an unexpected loss of electrical power. Once pressure has been released, the door can return to its open position.
Smart Door Safety Sensor
A door sensor helps prevent chamber operation unless the door is properly closed. Indicator lights inside and outside the chamber provide additional confirmation of door status before operation.
Emergency Pressure Release
An emergency pressure-release valve provides an additional method for depressurizing the chamber when necessary.
Interior LED Lighting
Integrated LED lighting provides interior illumination for reading, working, or relaxing without significant heat buildup inside the chamber.
